Tour arrangement: This is a seat in coach tour program. Our Guides speak both Chinese and English. Pick up from your hotel (Guilin or Yangshuo) in the morning, and drive to Longji Rice terraces, visit Zhuang and Yao villages.

Pick up from your hotel and drive to Pingan Zhuang village close to Longsheng county. Then climb mountains along rice terraces and beautiful wooden houses. You will find the scenery is spectacular on the viewing spot. |

| The Dragon's Backbone Rice Terraces were first built in the Yuan dynasty and completed in the Qing dynasty by Zhuang people. The terraced fields are built along the slope winding from the riverside up to the mountaintop, with the highest place of an elevation of 885m and the lowest 380m. |

| This place is known for the amazing rice terraces that cover every hill in the area. The terraces are about 700 years old, and are covering the hills from 300m to 900m or so. The amazing thing is that they are not just a tourist attraction - they are still being used for growing rice by the villagers who live here. |

| HuangLo Yao Village is on the other side of Longji Terraces mountain where lives Red Yao people. Red Yao women have long hair and the love to sing. Optional program is to enjoy the tea of the Yao and long hair show of Yao women. Red Yao women like to wash their long hair in the spring water. Is it the secret of how they protect their long hair? |
