Make a reservation:
Online Reservation: When making a reservation for your selected tour package, simply follow the " book it / " link, fill out a form properly and submit. Your tour request will be replied to with details by our experienced travel coordinator in no less than 24 hours.

If you have a last minute booking or an urgent matter after our normal office hour, please call 0086 13978319548 ( 24 hours ).
Quotation & Confirmation:
Our travel coordinator will quote you with a tour itinerary, but this is not the final confirmation of your Guilin tour. After you confirm the proposal, or with paying the deposit, our travel coordinator will make the booking for you. Once all of your bookings are confirmed, you will receive a formal confirmation letter from us.
Deposit:
Deposit or prepayment is usually unneccessory, unless you are advised to pay in high season of Guilin tour, or your flight is late in the evening, or other circumstance.
In high season of Guilin tour, 30-50% of total cost as the deposit is required at the time of confirmation of the reservation.
Currency:
We accept US dallor and other currences. Our price is base on RMB.
Payment:
Way of Payment: cash payment, wire transfer or Paypal. Both RMB and hard currency are acceptable. note: if you choose to pay via Paypal, you need to pay an extra 4%. of the total cost.
Our Guilin Tour Consultant`s Services:
Upon receive details of your travel plan, our Guilin Tour experienced consultant will work with you. Our consultant will prepare and email you a proposal plan with multiple choices. And he or she will tell you reasons how to arrange your trip.
You should provide the following information::
- Full Name: At least one person's full name is neccessary. We need your name to book hotel and airport pick up.
- Numbers of persons
- Flight No. Airport pick up
- Hotel name and room number: if you book hotel by yourself.
- Names and passport numbers: if you need us to book airticket or to buy insurance
